    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when the Ndakaini Dam was being constructed in the early 1980s, people downstream in Thika and Yatta were affected. Even a project such Yatta Canal which was constructed by the colonial Government no longer have water throughout. Now, we have another project coming up known as the Yatta Dam, and which the Minister is very conversant with. What measures will she take to ensure that the people in the immediate neighbourhood, especially outside Yatta like Ngoliba and Yatta Mavoluu Location, which feel that project is part of them by ensuring that they get water? That is the not provided for in the current designs."
