    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister has refused to answer part (a) of my Question. I am aware that the two hotels in Nairobi South C are operational. I do have my meetings there quite often. The Minister has said that the Kenya Red Cross is a member-based organization and is accountable to its members. In addition, the organization is accountable to the Government and stakeholders. On the other hand, she has said that the Ministry does not have sufficient standing to inquire on the level of funding generated from those two hotels."
