    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I said, Kenya Red Cross is an NGO as per Cap.256 Laws of Kenya. As such, the Government has no way of insisting or knowing where they get their funding or what they do with their funding. We normally call upon them almost on a daily basis whenever we have a crisis in Kenya. I do not think it is a cash cow as the hon. Member wishes to intimate. If there is anybody who really comes to the aid of Kenyans when they are in need, then it is truly the Kenya Red Cross."
