    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like the Assistant Minister to clarify the previous statements he has been making; he said that the Government owns this land and, indeed, due to its ownership of the title, it is the school which owns the land. Does he know that the Government of Kenya (GOK) schools having got those title deeds are required to deposit them with the churches because churches own the schools? The Government pays teachers in such schools and also for buildings through the CDF and other sources of funds."
