    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chair, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended- (a) in the definition of the word “Board” by deleting the word “section” and substituting therefor the words “section 4”; (b) by deleting the word “Ministerial” appearing in the definition of the word “Cabinet Secretary”; (c) by deleting the definition of the “ Senate Committee” and substituting therefor the following new definition- “Joint Committee” means a Joint Committee of the Senate and the National Assembly established in accordance with section 28; Mainly, it is just to say Cabinet Secretary instead of Ministerial and from Senate Committee to the Joint Parliamentary Committee."
