    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the Minister knows he is a good friend of mine and I want to persuade him to drop his amendment. We have sat in the Committee and the Minister knows that one of the problems that we have with the Board is that it has too many busybodies who really have no proper assignment. All they do, sometimes, is chasing each other around like hens and cocks and this does not help anybody. I would like to persuade the Minister to drop this amendment. The leaner the Board the better it is for us. That body is too unruly and to me the proposal by hon. Ethuro--- He knows that I rarely agree with hon. Ethuro but on this one, I want to kindly persuade the Minister to leave it at “four”."
