Ethuro is forgetting that we have now proposed that the nominating bodies be dropped so that the Cabinet Secretary has the chance of selecting the six people from every region. He is assuming that they will be nominating institutions. What I am suggesting, because of the problems that I have encountered, is that we drop entirely the nominating bodies. So, the six people will be selected as people with various disciplines and with regional balance in mind. That is my proposal. I am not yet persuaded, Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady."
