    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 9 of the Bill be amended by deleting sub-clause (7) and substituting therefor the following new sub-section- (7) The Board may impose reasonable requirements, including restrictions, on a particular constituency and such restrictions or requirements shall be reported together with the monthly returns to be submitted to the Cabinet Secretary in accordance with this Act. If you look at what had been stated before, it is just to make it more inclusive on specific particulars."
