    "content": "(Mr. Oparanya): Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 17 of the bill be amended:- By deleting the words “Constituencies Fund Committee” in sub-clause (3) and substituting therefor the words “Cabinet Secretary”. Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I am just amending in concurrence with the parliamentary committee and substituting the words “Cabinet Secretary”. This is an Executive function. If there is rejection then let it be referred to the Cabinet Secretary."
