"content": "(Mr. Oparanya): Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I have had a very bad experience. I can tell you that I have had many cases going to court because of involvement of Members of Parliament. We have discussed these things at length. If we want the CDF to survive, let us keep Members of Parliament out of it. This is in terms of appointment and participation in the committee. However, they should provide an oversight role as provided for in the Constitution. Otherwise, we will end up in the courts again."
