    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to appreciate facts given by the Prime Minister regarding the GMO foods. I would like the Prime Minister to clarify the following. Why is the Government not willing to buy food from the local market? We know we have food in Central Province and parts of the Rift Valley Province. The Government is not willing to buy from the local market so that they can feed the people who are suffering in the north. It is very expensive and it seems there are people who are interested in making money by buying food from the international market. The Prime Minister should give a clarification on this."
