But once the things come to the committee--- You know that they come from the sub-location to location, and so on, and then to the committee; you really need a very competent committee to discuss these projects, look at the budget and so on. So, it is really useful to the Member of Parliament, if the committee is competent to do this. I think the intention of the Minister is noble. So, I would like to support the amendment as being of value to hon. Gumbo’s very good proposal, so that we do not oppose it for the sake of it."
