    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 26 of the Bill be amended by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor with the following new sub-clause- (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), an education bursary scheme, mocks and continuous assessment tests shall be considered as a development project for purposes of the Act provided that such a project shall not be allocated more than twenty five per centum (25%) of the total funds allocated for the constituency in any financial year”. The purpose of this amendment is to factor in bursary for those developments and enhance the percentage up to a maximum of 25 per cent from the current 15 per cent.
