    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 28 of the Bill be amended by- (a) deleting the words “Select Committee” wherever they appear and substituting therefor the words “Joint Committee”. (b) in sub clause 5 by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (d)- (dd) to consider and report to Parliament with recommendations, names of persons required to be approved by Parliament under this Act.) Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I withdraw (a) but still retain (b) as shown on the Order Paper."
