    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 29 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting the word “quarterly” and substituting the word “monthly”; (b) by inserting the following new paragraph- (d) any restriction imposed on a constituency account in accordance with the Act; Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, there are two issues here. One is that instead of quarterly reports we get monthly reports. Our experience is that we have really had to do a lot of work. If we leave it to a quarterly basis, you will find that the year has ended without any input."
