    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I know he is coming from a rich background of being a planner. What he is forgetting is that these hon. Members in particular know the frustration we go through in terms of getting these projects coming through. We are also acting from some experience in administering this Fund. The longer the period, the more confusion you will create. We have been able to arrest quite a number of issues because of these monthly returns. I have no problem if the House wants the period to be quarterly, but I want to inform the process from my own experience. I just want to submit to the House that it is completely necessary for proper administration of the Fund."
