    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 29 of the Bill be amended by deleting the word “Senate” appearing in the opening paragraph and substituting therefor the word “Parliament” I think my amendment really is consequential. I had proposed that we replace “Senate” with “Parliament” but from what we have discussed, I just propose that we do a further amendment and replace “Parliament” with “National Assembly.”"
