    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we are talking about 2011 when the Government formerly allowed for importation. That is when I said that since that time, no GMO maize has come into the country. There has never been any authority. If somebody did import any GMO food into the country, it was illegal because no authority had been given. That might inform this investigation that took place. Hon. Mututho was being very economic with facts. This does not contradict the Statement that I have made here; that since the Cabinet decision, no GMO food has been imported into the country. I challenge hon. Mututho to contradict that Statement."
