    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, it is good to ventilate on some of these issues and then we decide. I am inclined to borrow from my sister because of the confusion that has come in and I thought I tried to clarify by saying that there were two amendments on the Floor; mine and the one by the Minister. They are different. The Minister is the one making governors to chair this thing but that is not mine. Mine is, to borrow the language, instead of “coordination”, we “harmonize”. It is even in the current law; the district projects committee and some hon. Members actually petitioned us as a Committee saying they want a forum in which all these resources, both the county, CDF and even the national government will come together and see what is happening where. However, in terms of implementation, approval, that is a specific function of the CDFC. So can I then amend?"
