    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 41 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (1)- (i) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately before paragraph (a)- (aa) the Senator, the Members of Parliament from the County, the County women representative and the Governor. (ii) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after (c) (cc) the officer in charge of county planning; (b) in sub-clause (5) by deleting the word “six” and substituting therefor the word “two” and deleting the word “twenty” and substituting therefor the word “four”. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, since we have watered down the function of the projects committee, Members of Parliament have no problem with that kind of composition. So, I plead that they support it."
