    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 41 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (5) by inserting the words “at the county headquarters” immediately after the word “held”; (b) in sub-clause (8) by deleting the word “may” and substituting therefor the word “shall” Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, my amendment is meant to put matters in clarity. That is because I am clarifying in (a) that the meeting shall be held in the county headquarters. I am also making it stronger in (b) by removing the word “may” and substituting it with the word “shall”. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I do not know why the Deputy Leader of Government Business is putting pressure on me. This is just to clean the Bill really. I am just trying to say that let the meetings be orderly and be held at the county headquarters. That is okay. Why is the Minister---"
