In sub-clause (3) by deleting the entire sub clause and replacing therefore by the paragraph – “Sitting allowances for the members of the county projects committee shall be paid out of the funds set aside for the Board under sub section (1). The sitting allowances for the Constituency Development Fund Committee (CDFC) shall be paid out from funds set aside in Section 22 (7)”. b.) In sub-clause (4) by inserting the words “each constituency and secretariat” after the words “The Account of”. This is because the Bill is proposing that both should come from the secretariat and it is going to be very cumbersome. That is the clarification."
