    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, basically what the Minister is referring to is within his power; it is for him to do whatever he likes. We are not creating this law to disposes the Board. We want this for purposes of continuity, so that nobody feels that because he is alone in town, he is kicked out of office. If somebody is found culpable after investigations, there are normal ways to address that. This is why I am talking of terms of appointment or the expiry of the term. This is the normal way in which business must be conducted."
