    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 66 be amended by inserting the following new sub clause immediately after sub clause (3)- “(4) In appointing members of the Tribunal, regard shall be taken to ensure that no more than two-thirds of the members of the Tribunal shall be of the same gender and that the chairperson and the vice-chairperson shall not be of the same gender.” This is basically to take into account gender representation in the tribunal."
