    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended- (a) by inserting the word “facilitate” immediately after the word “promote” in paragraph (a); (b) by deleting paragraph (c); (c) by deleting the word “internal” appearing in paragraph (e); (d) by inserting the words “procedural and technical” immediately after the word “provide” in paragraph (m); (e) by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph(m)- (n) provide training and accreditation for mediators and arbitrators; (o) educate the public on arbitration as well as other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms; (p) enter into strategic agreements with other regional and international bodies for purposes of securing technical assistance to enable the Centre achieve its objectives; (q) provide facilities for hearing, transcription and other technological services; (r) hold, manage and apply the Fund in accordance with the provisions of this Act;"
