    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 10 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting the words “the president of” appearing immediately after the words “instructions of’; (b) by deleting paragraph (f) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- (f) undertaking any other duties, in relation to proceedings before the Court, assigned by the Court for the benefit of the Court."
