    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to request an urgent Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Medical Services in respect of the case of high maternal deaths, high neonatal deaths, poor governance and administration, high incidents of corruption and general rot at the Pumwani Maternity Hospital. I would like him to clarify the following: One, what he is doing to rid Pumwani Maternity Hospital of the rot arising from poor delivery of health services occasioning high maternal deaths and deaths of new borns. Two, could he table a list of all maternal deaths at his hospital since January 2010 to date, indicating for each case the name of the patient, the age of the patient, the parity of the patient when she was dying and the cause of death? I would like the Minister to further table the statistics of the new natal deaths since January 2011."
