We already have designated number of members in the committee, which is known. The only way we can accommodate the Law Society of Kenya is actually within “f” and not by an additional clause; it is as a body. So, I suggest that in clause(1)(f), we say not more than four persons, two of whom shall be of opposite gender and appointed by virtue of their experience in science, technology and innovation and the Law Society of Kenya."
