    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have looked at the amendment by hon. Millie. I notice that she wants to amend Clause 5(6). In my amendment, I propose the deletion of clauses 5, 6 and 7. We have been able to discuss and make an addition, specifying clearly who the members of the panel should be. Therefore, I would like hon. Millie to withdraw her amendment because it has already been taken care of by my amendment."
