    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I have looked at hon. Millie’s amendments. They do not cause any conflict. Therefore, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 6 be amended— (a) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after Sub- clause (2)— “(2A) For avoidance of doubt, only the Commission shall have the powers to perform the functions set out in this section”; (b) in Sub-clause (3) by deleting the word “Board” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”."
