Millie had already pronounced herself that you cannot change a Schedule before it comes to Parliament, I thought that it would make no big impact. You can still amend hon. Millie’s amendment by proposing to delete part “b” of her amendment. That way you reinstate “3” but you also need to do a further amendment in terms of “hired as consultants.” I thought that was a good point that you were making. Hon.
