    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 15 (1) (b) of the Bill be amended by- (a) deleting the words “one million” and replacing therewith the words “five million”; (b) deleting the words “six months” and replacing therewith the words “four years”. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, this is to enhance sentences. Abuse of intellectual property rights is a grievous offence to me and yet, the sentences we are providing are very lenient."
