"content": "(1) Any person who immediately before the appointed day is the Secretary to the Council shall remain in office for the remaining period of his or her term of office (2) Any person who is an officer of the Council immediately before the appointed day shall be deemed to be an officer of the Commission subject to such terms and conditions of service as the Commission may determine."
