    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 8 be amended— (a) in Sub-Clause (1), by— (i) deleting the words “not more than”; (ii) inserting the words “legal” immediately before the words “and financial matters”; (b) by deleting Sub-Clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause— “(2) The chairperson and the members of the Board under subsection (1) (a) and (e), respectively, shall be appointed by the Cabinet Secretary only from a list of, in case of the chairperson, three names, and in case of other members, nine names submitted by a Selection panel appointed by the Cabinet Secretary in accordance with Sub-Section (3)”; (c) by deleting subclause (3) and substituting therefor the following new Sub- Clause—"
