    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 30 be amended by deleting subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause— “(1) There shall be a Principal of a public training institution established under section 26 (1) (a) (b) who shall be appointed by the Cabinet Secretary on the recommendation of the Board of Governors following a competitive recruitment process and who shall serve for a period of five years, which term may be renewed once”.
