    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 46 be amended— (a) in subclause (1), by— (i) deleting the words “not more than” in paragraph (d); (ii) renumbering subparagraph (d)(v) as paragraph (e); (b) by inserting the following new subclauses immediately after subclause (5)— “(5A) The provisions relating to the appointment of the Director General and staff members of the Authority as set out in sections 9 and 10 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the appointment of the Director and staff of the Council. “(5B) The provisions relating to the financial provisions of the Authority as set out in sections 11, 12, 13, 14 15 and 16 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the Council.”"
