    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 48 be amended in subclause (1), by— (a) inserting the following new paragraph immediately before paragraph (a)— “(a) a chairperson”; (b) renumbering paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) as paragraphs (b), (c) and (d); (c) deleting the words “not more than seven” appearing in the renumbered paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the word “six”."
