    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 6 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (1) – (i) by inserting the words “holds a degree from a university recognized in Kenya and is” immediately after the word “person” appearing in paragraph (a); (ii) by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (c)- (cc) the Attorney-General; (dd) the Principal Secretary in the Ministry responsible for education; (iii) by deleting the words “three persons” appearing in the opening statement to paragraph (g) and substituting therefor the words “four persons” ; (iv) by inserting the word “deaflympics” immediately after the word “Paralympics” appearing in sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (g);"
