    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, obviously, there is no commitment on the part of the Government when it comes to the issue of gender because only yesterday, the Government brought four names here, and all of them were from one gender, which was male. If you look at the Kenya Power, you will find that there are two vacancies which have not been filled for close to six months and yet the Assistant Minister is saying “when they become vacant.” Why has he not replaced them taking into consideration the gender requirement?"
