    "content": "Mr. Speaker Sir, this Constitution needs people who will take this country forward. We might have leadership, as we go to the next election, who do not believe in this Constitution. We may end up mutilating this Constitution to the detriment of this country. We should be careful with such leaders. I will urge Kenyans to really look at the Constitution as the platform of campaign in this election. They should elect those who will deliver to Kenyans and not those who would like to take us back to the dark days of leadership. I will not forget to thank the women Members of Parliament who have done very well in this House for the time I have been in this Parliament. They have done well and we should say that this will motivate those others who are interested in becoming Members of this Parliament; at least they will see that women can also do well. With those few remarks I wish you well; if we come back to Parliament after the next elections, we wish that you will run for the seat of Speaker of this House. I can assure you that if I will be here, you will have my vote. Thank you."
