"content": "I want to also thank my colleagues with whom I served in the Commission. We all worked together towards getting where we are today. Finally, I know we are heading for the elections. This is another testing time; we, as parliamentarians and leaders, must make sure that we preach peace wherever we go, so that we have peaceful elections. It is only two months then we vote in elections. We would not want to go back to where we were in 2008; I urge all Members of Parliament, leaders and all those who are looking for various seats to do all they can and make sure that they preach peace, so that we have very peaceful elections. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to wish all these hon. Members here and, indeed, even aspirants who are out there trying to unseat us all the best, so that at the end of the day the best man or woman will win. On the issue of Constitution implementation, I think it is important for Kenyans to note that there is no leader in this country who cannot implement the Constitution. It is, of course, not a preserve of a few people. I want to state here clearly and categorically that any leader who gets to State House next year, any administration with the assistance of the relevant constitutional commissions that have been put in place will be able to implement the Constitution without any problem. Therefore, I would like to urge my colleagues not to worry about whoever will get to power. At the end of the day, whoever gets it will be a Kenyan and we should be able to support that person. It is high time we understood that in an election it is a question of winning and losing. You cannot have one person and another one win at the same time. So, we must be able to prepare our supporters that in one way or another, one person will actually win and the others will lose. Therefore, we should be prepared to accept the outcome, whichever way it comes."
