I expect in the 11th Parliament that those stone-age issues of cattle rustling, poverty being 46 per cent - almost reaching 50 per cent - will be something of the past. If the leadership of this country can be judged on the basis of delivery of the reforms that have been quantified in the Constitution and Vision 2030; then what they will be looking for are managers. Why do you talk of the CORD coalition, Jubilee Coalition or Amani Coalition when you have an opportunity in this House to demonstrate that amani ; demonstrate the management and implementation of the Constitution and to give effect to the reforms that we have yearned for as a country?
