    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity to support this important Motion. As I support this Motion, I would like to begin by thanking my people from Kibwezi for electing me to serve in this Tenth Parliament and to be able to work with them to initiate many development projects in Kibwezi. Although we have worked very well in the last five years there is still much more work that needs to be done. As I support this Motion, I would like to thank our Speaker, hon. Kenneth Marende and also thank the Members of the Speaker’s Panel. My colleague, hon. Gitobu Imanyara as you sit there as our Speaker today, I sincerely thank you. I thank hon. Ekwee Ethuro and hon. Joyce Laboso for being able to work together for the last five years. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I specifically thank Mr. Speaker who initiated many projects such as the renovation of this Chamber, live coverage of proceedings and revision of the Standing Orders. I sincerely thank him for his leadership for the entire five years when he has been our Speaker in this Tenth Parliament. Let me also thank the Leader of Government Business for the leadership that he has provided, His Excellency the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs. We thank you.
