"content": "I must thank hon. Members who attend this place regularly. Hon. Njuguna, of Lari Constituency is one of them. I have to accept that I am number two here. He has been here. He has sat here and he is still here. He will also be here next time. I want to tell Kenyans that I want to be here too because I will prove a point, Kenyans can be fed for unga costing between Kshs30 and Kshs36 if we have the right policies and laws. That big wealth of minerals is good, but the richest wealth is the human resource. In China 1.2 million acres is feeding 60 million people and three million soldiers. That is what we want our Galana Ranch to do. As soon as the President and his able Vice- President stop the fight around there, we should move in as experts in agriculture and do food production in that area.
