"content": "President Kibaki just the other day; on the status of negotiations between the Sudan and the Republic of South Sudan. This country was able to spearhead the Comprehensive Peace Agreement Arrangement. This is what we meant. We would work hard in the region. Therefore, some of us could not bear the pain of losing the country that God has chosen to place us in. I want to thank my colleagues who have been serving in the House Business Committee; my two deputies, hon. Kimunya, hon. (Dr.) Sally Kosgei. They were there for me when I could not manage to be here. To all of you, again, I want to truly say “thank you”. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, now allow me to move the Motion before the House. Thank you."
