    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, what is this crime that Charterhouse Bank has done so grave and so big that it is beyond remedy by Government, given that one of the reasons that the Assistant Minister has given - money laundering of US$60,000? We have tabled reports in this House where another commercial bank has done the same. We have shown that they did US$772,000, which is equivalent to about Kshs2.8 billion. Yet no such action was taken against the bank. What is this? We need to know this so that, at least, as we break, we can go knowing that they did an immortal sin which is beyond remedy by this Government or any future Government."
