I have a case in my area in Kiharu where baboons are eating all the mangoes that are being grown by the small scale farmers. The hippos are eating everything along Tana River. What policy does this Ministry have concerning such cases? Could he authorize us to eat those animals? What policy does the Ministry have to safeguard the lives and crops of our farmers?"
