    "content": "asked the Minister for Lands:- (a) whether he is aware that Kutus Secondary School cannot access CDF funds to extend classrooms since Mr. Peter Gachoki, the son of the late Mr. Mburia Ngaragari, is claiming back the parcel of land LR No. Kabare/ Nyangati/703 where the school is located; (b) whether he is also aware that the late Mburia Ngaragari was given land parcel LR No. Marurumo Adj Sec/165 by Kerugoya Kutus Urban Council as compensation for Kabare/Nyangati/703 but the title deed was not surrendered; and, (c) what measures he will take to ensure that the title deed for LR No. Kabare/Nyangati/703 is revoked."
