    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I wish to confirm that there will be no increase in inflation as a result of the Kshs3 billion that we have given to the counties. Why? This is because what I intend to do is to seal all the tax leakages that we have been experiencing. That is why in the Supplementary Estimates, there is Kshs2 billion for the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) first of all to come up with a system that will be able to monitor the Excise Duty revenue stamps, so that we do away with the fake and counterfeits.
