    "content": "(Mr. ole Metito): Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 15 by introducing a new sub-clause (f) to read as follows:- “(f) any other national government administrative officer in respect of a service delivery unit established under section 14”. This is to provide for the appointment of village elders; a proposal which came out very strongly from hon. Members during the Second Reading stage of this Bill."
